AVAILABILITY AND QUALITY When a product is chosenFleurdeLynnwill always design and deliver the chosen product, but in the unlikely event that this product is not available we will hoose an appropriate substitute.Certain Flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure a longer life. On the occaison of not being able to supply part or all of an order,Fleurdelynn will contact the customer as soon a possible and reinburse payment in full no later than 30 days after intended delivery date. Products are delivered next day unless stated otherwise by the customer. Freshness of the flowers is gaurneteed by FleurdeLynn.Roses, summer and spring seasonal flowers are gaurenteed for 5 days all other flowers for 7 days

All flowers are seasonal products and therefore subject to availabilty.Fleurdelynn will make up each design individually in fresh premium stock flowers.and every effort is made to respect special instructions for make up and content ordered by the customer.

CANCELATIONS Flower orders can be cancelled up to 3 working days before delivery date. Cancellation after this can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances a repayement cannot be gaurenteed.

GUARENTEE Customer satisfaction is very important All orders are created by qualified florists, all flower designs will be fresh and delivered personally.If there is to be an unfortunate complaint then the customer/recipient can contact Fleur de Lynn. The product is guarenteed for 3 days- 72 hours after delivery this is in the respect of quality, Fleur de Lynn will provide a placement.

DELIVERY same day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm. The customer is responsible for giving a valid delivery address and date at which they are confident that delivery can be made. If known the customer should provide a postcode and phone number for the recipient.

HOSPITAL DELIVERY The customer must ensure that the ward where the recipient is allows flower products to be delivered.The customer must give a ward name.

FUNERAL DELIVERIES. the Customer must ensure that clear details are given for the funeral Date and time, funeral directors and name of the person whose funeral it is. Ensure also that it is clear as to wheteher the flowers are to go to the funeral directors, the house, or even direct to cementary/cremortorian.

HOTEL DELIVERIES The customer must ensure name of recipients is clear and their room number. Delivery is only granted to the reception

DATA PROTECTION Fleur De Lynn will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 & subsequent revisions thereof).

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us or from any other third party companies in the future.The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name
